Meet The Team | Kono's Northshore

Stan was born in Hawaiʻi and has lived across the U.S., gaining experience in food, hospitality, and leadership. His journey from restaurants to executive roles led him to entrepreneurship and, ultimately, to owning Kono’s Northshore. Returning to Hawaiʻi reignited his passion for food and service, turning one location into many. Now based between Hawaiʻi and Las Vegas, Stan continues to grow Kono’s and inspire others to build something bold and meaningful.

Zach is a seasoned operations leader with roots in the Midwest and a strong background in customer service, leadership, and business growth. Starting in call center support and moving into warehouse management, he built the skills that would later shape his success in the restaurant industry. As VP of Operations, he’s helped grow the business from one location to five, focusing on strategy, efficiency, and service that keeps people coming back.

Jayda Allianic, Marketing and Sales Manager for Kono’s Northshore, brings a strong background in marketing and entrepreneurship to the team. Starting with her own jewelry business in Southern California, she found her passion for building brands and connecting with people. Since joining Kono’s, Jayda has helped grow the brand with creative strategies and fresh ideas, all while embracing the fun, collaborative, and laid-back vibe that defines Kono’s Northshore.
